New Regulation on the Administrative Fee Tariff

The Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices of Croatia (HALMED) informs applicants that the new Regulation on the Administrative Fee Tariff (in Croatian), which enters into force on 1 February 2017, has been published in the Official Gazette No. 8/17 on 27 January 2017.
This regulation amends amounts of administrative fee tariffs. The tariffs for procedures conducted by HALMED are specified under tariff number 47, along with which tariff number 1, tariff number 2, paragraph 2 and tariff number 4 are applied.
The new Regulation on the Administrative Fee Tariff is applied to applications received as of 1 February, whereas the Administrative Fee Tariff under the Administrative Fees Act (Official Gazette No. 8/96, 77/96, 95/97, 131/97, 68/98, 66/99, 145/99, 116/00, 163/03, 17/04, 110/04, 141/04, 150/05, 153/05, 129/06, 117/07, 25/08, 60/08, 20/10, 69/10, 126/11, 112/12, 19/13, 80/13, 40/14, 69/14, 87/14 and 94/14 - in Croatian) is applied in procedures conducted based on applications received earlier.
