Distance Sale of Medicinal Products
List of persons offering the medicinal products for sale at a distance to the public by means of information society services
In accordance with Article 136, Paragraph 1 of the Medicinal Products Act (Official Gazette No. 76/13., 90/14. and 100/18.), natural and legal persons engaged in pharmacy activities in the Republic of Croatia, in accordance with a specific regulation, may offer distance selling of non-prescription medicinal products to the public through information society services.
The list of natural and legal persons who offer non-prescription medicinal products for distance selling to the public through information society services, and who have submitted the information required under Article 136, Paragraph 2 of the Medicinal Products Act (Official Gazette No. 76/13., 90/14. and 100/18.) to HALMED, is available here.
*Momentarily there are no natural or legal persons offering the medicinal products for sale at a distance to the public by means of information society services in the Republic of Croatia.
