The Ordinance on Amendment to the Ordinance on the Procedure and Method for Granting Marketing Authorisations for Medicinal Products was published in the Official Gazette No. 155/09.
The Ordinance comes into effect on the eighth day following the publication, i.e. 5 January 2010, excepting Articles 1 and 31, which come into effect on the date of Croatia's accession to the European Union.
