Publication of the new Ordinance on Medical Devices Vigilance System

The new Ordinance on Medical Devices Vigilance System was published on 29 June 2009 in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia, No. 74/09.
The Ordinance will come into effect on the eighth day from the date of the publication in the Official Gazette. The link to the Ordinance can be found in the Legislation section of the ALMP website.
