Publication of the new Ordinance on Good Practice, Conditions for Issuing Licence for the Wholesale Distribution and Import and Export of Medical Devices

The Ordinance on Good Practice, Conditions for Issuing Licence for the Wholesale Distribution and Import and Export of Medical Devices was published in the Official Gazette No. 38/10 of 31 March 2010, coming into effect on the eighth day after publication, i.e. 8 April 2010.
As of the date of its commencement, the new Ordinance will supersede the previous Ordinance on Good Practice and Conditions for Issuing of Licence for Distribution of Medical Devices (Official Gazette No. 54/05 and 81/06), except in the part relating to the retail sale of medical devices.
