Workshop on granting marketing authorisations for herbal medicinal products

The Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (HALMED) is organising a half day workshop under the title "Workshop on granting marketing authorisations for herbal medicinal products”, for marketing authorisation holders. The workshop will take place on Friday, 6 December 2013 from 9 a. m.to 1 p.m. at HALMED’s premises, Ulica Roberta Frangeša Mihanovića 9 (Sky Business Office), 1st Floor, 10000 Zagreb.

Registration for participation
We kindly ask you to send the completed registration form electronically no later than 29 November 2013 to MS Marijana Tomac (marijana.tomac@halmed.hr), or via fax on +385 1 4884 119, to the attention of Ms Marijana Tomac.

The number of participants is limited (25) therefore we ask for and early registration.
Workshop fee
The workshop fee is 1000.00 kn + VAT = 1250.00, that includes written material, coffee break and a certificate of participation.
Fee payment
After registration, the fee payment will be made possible exclusively via pro-forma invoice sent to by mail/fax to contacts indicated in the registration form (it is necessary to indicate in what way you you would like to receive the pro-forma invoice). The copy of the money order should be sent to Ms Marijana Tomac (marijana.tomac@halmed.hr), or via fax on +385 1 4884 119, to the attention of Ms Marijana Tomac, no later than 5 December 2013.
Cancellation deadline
In case of inability to attend, the registered participant should inform Ms Marijana Tomac on +385 1 4884 303 no later than 29 November 2013.
Refund policy
In case of a cancelation or inability to attend, the following refund policy will apply:
- Until 29 November 2013, the fee will be completely reimbursed
- From 30 November to 6 December 2013 or in case of non-attendance, the organiser reserves the right to to withhold the entire fee.
In case when the registered participant is not able to attend the workshop, it is possible to ensure a replacement from the same company and inform Ms Tomac in due time.
