New Ordinances under Medicinal Products Act

Four new Ordinances were published under Medicinal Products Act in the Official Gazette No 122 of 17 October 2014 (Official Gazette No 76/13, 90/14):
- Ordinance on conditions for granting authorisation to specialised retail outlets for medicines (in Croatian)
- Ordinance on disruption in the supply chain and recall of medicinal products from the market (in Croatian)
- Ordinance on the data type and procedure for drafting consumption reports for medicines (in Croatian)
- Ordinance for granting authorisations for parallel import of medicinal products (in Croatian).
