Regulatory Affairs Workshop

The Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (HALMED) organises a one day workshop entitled "Regulatory Affairs Workshop” intended to marketing authorisation holders which will be held on 6 February 2015, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Zagreb. It is one of the numerous similar workshops organised in 2013 and therefore we would like to invite all interested individuals who have not attended similar workshops as well as those wishing to broaden their knowledge in the field to register. The workshop will be held at the HALMED’s premises, Robert Frangeš Mihanović Street 9 (Sky Office Business Building), 1st Floor, Zagreb.

Registration
We kindly ask you to submit the completed registration form no later than 30 January 2015 by e-mail to marijana.tomac@halmed.hr or fax: +385 1 4884 119 with the attention to Marijana Tomac.

The number of participants is limited (25), therefore we suggest an early registration.
Conference fee
The conference fee is 1600,00 kn + VAT = 2000,00 kn and it includes networking lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner and conference materials.
Payment
After the initial registration, the payment will be made only via offer that will be sent to the participant by courier/fax to contacts indicated in the registration form (the preferred method of receiving the offer should be indicated therein).

Cancellation deadline
In the case of inability to attend, the registered participant should send a notification to marijana.tomac@halmed.hr no later than 30 January 2015.
Cancellation policy
In the case of inability to attend, or absence, the following cancellation scale for refund will be applied:
- by 30 January 2015 the fee will be completely refunded
- from 30 January to 6 February 2015, or in the case of absence, the organiser retains 100% of the fee
- from 11 November 2014 the organiser retains 100% of the fee
If a participant is not able to attend, it is possible to provide a replacement from the same company and to inform promptly Ms Marijana Tomac about it.
