Tender for selling of housing container

The Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (HALMED) is inviting tenders for selling of a basic asset:
- Housing container, Inventary No 001923/800272
The sale will be executed by collecting written offers.
The written offer should contain:
- Name and surname, or name of the legal entity,
- address, or seat,
- OIB,
- Offered price
The applications should be submitted in closed envelope with the attention "Application for housing container - do not open”, at the address: Ksaverska cesta 4, Zagreb, by courier or personal delivery to the Agency’s Registry Office in the opening hours from 8.00 to 15.00 h.
Regardless of the submission manner, applications should arrive to the Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices no later than 25th April 2014 by 10 a.m.
The initial price will be determined in the amount of 20.000 kn, + VAT and the offered price may not be lower than this. Offers with lower prices will not be accepted. The basic asset will be sold to the applicant who has offered the most appropriate, in other words highest price net. In the case where two or more offers with the same most appropriate price, these applicants will be called upon to give new offers or to bid. The purchase contract will be concluded with the applicant who offered the highest price. The invoice to the purchaser includes VAT.
Interested parties may have an insight into the basic asset subject to sale, from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the location Ksaverska cesta 4, with previously making an appointment at 4884-151. The basic asset is being sold under the principle "seen-purchased” excluding every retrospective complaint from the buyer with regard to material deficiencies of the sold basic asset.
The buyer takes over all transportation costs.
Applicants will be informed in the shortest time about the results of the tender.
The seller withholds the right for cancel the tender and not to select the applicant, without mentioning any reason and thereby not taking over any cost of applicants participating in competition.
