2 nd Workshop on medicines regulatory affairs
Following the announcement about one day workshops on medicines regulatory affairs, published on August 16, 2013 on the HALMED’s web pages, we inform all interested that all places for the first workshop are completely booked.
The second workshop will be held on Thursday, 10 October 2013 at 9 a.m. (the approximate duration until 4 p.m.) at HALMED’s premises , Robert Frangeš Mihanović Street 9 (Sky Business office), 1st Floor, 10000 Zagreb. The first workshop will be held on Friday, 27 September 2013, from 9 to 16 h.

Workshop registration
We would kindly ask you to submit the fulfilled registration form no later than 3 October 2013 electronically to Ms Marijana Tomac (marijana.tomac@halmed.hr) or via fax +385 1 4884 119 for the attention of Ms Tomac.

The number of participants is limited (20), so we kindly ask you to register asap.
Workshop fee
The workshop fee is 1600.00 kn + VAT = 2000.00 kn and it includes the written material, lunch, coffee break and the certificate of attendance.
Fee payment
Upon application, the fee payment will be executed exclusively via pro-forma invoice that will be forwarded to the applicant by courier/fax to contacts indicated in the application form (it is necessary to indicate the mean by which the pro-forma invoice should be delivered).
We would kindly ask you to send a copy of the money order no later than 9 October 2013, electronically (marijana.tomac@halmed.hr) or by fax for the attention of Ms Marijana Tomac.
Cancelation deadline
In the case of an inability to attend, the registered participant should inform Ms Marijana Tomac about it at +385 1 4884 303, no later than 3 October 2013.
Refund policy
In the case of a cancelation or inability to attend, the following refund policy will apply:
Until 20 September 2013, the fee will be completely reimbursed
From September 21 to September 27, 2013 or in the case of non-attendance, the organiser reserves the right to withhold the entire fee.
In the case when the registered participant is not able to attend the workshop, it is possible to ensure a replacement from the same company and inform Ms Tomac about it in due time.
