Seal for Marking of Important Safety Information
The Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices (HALMED) informs hereby the marketing authorisation holders that in case of sending a Dear Healthcare Professional Letter, a seal prepared by HALMED, should be placed on the front page of the envelope. The purpose of the seal is to additionally warn the end users about an important notice in the envelope content.
The seal should be printed out directly on the envelope front page or used in form as a stick. This seal with dimensions 7,7 x 5 cm and written in Calibri 26 in the central part and Calibri 8 underneath, is accessible here in several different formats.
