Agency inspectors are educated continuously in the area of good manufacturing practices and pharmacovigilance.
An Agency inspector conducts the inspection independently, makes decisions, and takes actions within the rights, duties, and authorities established by law and other ordinances.
Legal and physical persons are obliged to enable the Agency inspector to carry out the inspection and, at their request, provide the necessary quantity of medicinal product samples for quality verification and to provide the necessary data and information.
