Ongoing Public Procurement Procedures
Under provisions of the Art. 244 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette, No. 120/16 and 114/22), all public procurement announcements for procurements whose estimated value is equal to or greater than EUR 26,540.00 for the procurement of goods and services, or EUR 66,360.00 for the procurement of works, are published in the Electronic Public Procurement Bulletin of the Republic of Croatia. This page does not keep records of access and download of bidding documents by economic entities, but rather the same is kept in the Electronic Public Procurement Bulletin. The tender documentation published on this page is for informational purposes only.

Pre-consultation with Interested Commercial Entities
Under provisions of the Art. 244 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette, No. 120/16 and 114/22), prior to initation of procedure, the Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices as public procurer shall provide pre-consultation to interested commercial entities regarding description and technical specifications of the subject of procurement, criteria for qualitative selection of the commercial entity and special conditions for contract completion.
